I had a great stay at this hotel near Narita airport. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the reasonable prices and the convenient amenities in the rooms. The twin beds were comfortable and the furnishings were tasteful. The hotel's location on the hill provided a nice view, and the complimentary breakfast was a welcome addition.
No improvements needed, everything was okay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient, with a free shuttle bus that ran regularly to and from the airport. The hotel also had a 24-hour shop in the lobby, which was great for grabbing snacks or cold water. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I also loved the view from the top floor restaurants, where I could watch planes taking off and landing.

Efficient shuttle service at Store 27 outside Terminal 2. Smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Amenities include a restaurant and small store. Rooms have a nice view of planes taking off and landing. Comfortable bedding.

The free shuttle bus to the airport & downtown was incredibly convenient. The room had a comfortable bed, well-stocked bathroom, and daily thorough room servicing. The hotel restaurants offered good food with views of the airport. The shop in the lobby was useful. Staff at the front desk and the bellboy provided excellent service. The hotel is located close to Sakurano Yama Park, where you can see aircraft taking off on Runway 16R. the hotel had great facilities and helpful staff.
Felt almost like at home, no complaints whatsoever.
